I signed up for the bootcamp because I was losing motivation when it came to my personal fitness.

Although I was nervous joining on my own, Paul made a great effort to welcome and include everyone to the group. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you’re at, because everyone is encouraged to support each other, which builds a real sense of community.

Paul is a great motivator and so inspiring, he regularly checks in to see how you’re getting on and offers support which is really reassuring. I look forward to every session (even if it’s raining!!) because I know how great I’ll feel afterwards.

I’d 100% recommend this bootcamp to anyone who wants to meet new people, improve their fitness & have bit of craic at the same time!
