I signed up for bootcamp because I had a few problems with injuries over the years and needed the right training to get myself back to on track.

I was nervous about starting as I didn’t think I had it in me to get back into some proper training but after one week with Paul, I didn’t want to stop – it turned out to be the best thing I’ve ever done! I’m a 40 year old man who couldn’t move properly and now I’m out running and doing so much more in general than ever before.

If there’s any man who can get you back in track, it’s Paul, his bootcamp worked wonders and I’m in the best shape I have been in for years.

Paul works very hard to make sure your having fun and enjoying your self at the same time and it really reflects in the quality of your life as a result.

I would recommend Paul’s bootcamp to any body who has no fitness level to start with or anyone who think’s they can’t get back into it.

Trust me Paul, will help you in any way possible to put you on the right track and there’s so much fun doing the bootcamp as well.
