I really enjoyed Paul’s bootcamp classes and I felt they made a huge difference in my physical strength and overall well-being.
Paul makes the classes challenging but enjoyable and he is very supportive and encouraging throughout the course. The exercises are tailored to suit you if you need and the classes are different but progressive.
I found there is a really positive atmosphere in the classes where everyone motivates and helps each other.
I would highly recommend Paul’s classes to everyone no matter what fitness level you have. You will be challenged but will have fun!
