Joining Paul’s bootcamp was my first attempt at getting in shape or improving my fitness and it’s definitely a decision I’m glad of.
Naturally I was a little apprehensive going to my first class but I was quickly made feel comfortable by Paul with his fun, positive and motivating approach. I was also very impressed by his ability to not only remember everyone’s name from the start but noticing and remembering anything I was struggling with and follow up with advice and tips.
I found it a great environment to meet new people while working together for a common goal. By the end of the bootcamp I could clearly see a improvement in both my fitness and my attitude towards improving it.
I wouldn’t have any hesitation recommending Paul’s bootcamp to anyone no matter what their fitness level or goals.
