While holidaying in Fiji I wanted to give myself a goal of joining a gym or bootcamp to become fit & healthy. When I came across Paul’s post on Facebook for his bootcamp, I knew it was something that I wanted to do and would be dedicated to as well.

I was very nervous about starting and dragged my poor husband along. Those nerves weren’t long about going away as Paul made me very comfortable and helped me to get out of my comfort zone. He was very encouraging for us to get to know others in the group by making it fun & enjoyable for everyone.

I always struggled with doing cardio and hated anything to do with it. On our first week Paul would do a fitness test which we had to repeat again on the last week. Seeing how much I improved within my time made me feeling a lot fitter and I ended up enjoying something that I once hated!

Paul is very welcoming & makes you feel at ease. He explains everything in detail which helps you to understand how to do your workout. Yes he can be strict but is always up for a good laugh & pushes you to do your best.

After doing 5 boot camps and some 1-1 sessions with Paul, I would highly recommend him. Not only does it help to improve your fitness but you also get to meet a great bunch of people who are all in the same boat as yourself.
