My Mission
It’s no secret that I’ve been unhealthy too. In fact, I had been unhealthy for so long that I didn’t even know what healthy was!
When I wanted to get healthier, I didn’t know where to start. I tried the gym but found it so frustrating because I didn’t know what I was doing. As a result, I wasn’t making any progress. I thought I was eating healthy too but I really hadn’t a clue what, when or how much to eat.
When I started working with a trainer, I quickly noticed physical changes and I started to feel a lot better too. My trainer eliminated any confusion and I began to understand what I was doing, which helped me trust the process.
Now, it is my mission to eliminate your confusion and make sure you understand what you are doing instead of going through the motions because if you learn once, it will stay with you for a lifetime.
My philosophy is to keep things simple, to never overwhelm you and ensure you enjoy the process. It’s an incredibly rewarding journey and one you will never forget!

How it works
You’ll get your very own individualised progressive training program with gym and home workouts each week. You’ll be able to track your workouts, add your weights and see your progress as your training goes on. You’ll also learn over 200 new exercises throughout your training program with all exercises video demonstrated by me to ensure you are learning the exact form on each exercise.
I’ll finally teach you how to eat healthy and you’ll never fall short for choice with over 40 tasty meal options on my meal plan. You’ll be learning about, what, when and how much to eat to eliminate any more confusion or sacrifices you’ve been making while trying to get in shape.

Progress comes from the middle ground between support and challenge so while you will be challenged with your workouts you will be supported throughout the whole process with 24/7 access to me as your coach. We’ll go through your goals at the very beginning of your training and I’ll be holding you accountable to achieving them. Every week you’ll have a weekly check in from me where I look over your progress and make sure you are staying on track. Its my duty to see you doing well so I’ll be there to keep you on track every step of the way.
