How it works

Training

Once we have determined your goals, I will custom build your very own progressive training program. Your program will run through my very own mobile app where you’ll be able to track your workouts, add your weights and monitor your progress. You’ll also learn everything you need to know about training properly in a gym with videos of me demonstrating every exercise and using the gym equipment.

Nutrition

I’ll finally teach you how to fuel your body properly to get the results you want and you’ll never fall short of choice with over 40 tasty meal options on your meal plan. You’ll be learning about, what, when and how much to eat to eliminate any more confusion or sacrifices you’ve been making while trying to get in shape.

Education

There is so much to learn about training, diet and lifestyle and the more you know, the better you’ll do. From the get go you’ll be given access to a library of videos that cover everything you need to know in a step to step process to ensure you aren’t just doing what you’re doing but learning everything you need to know along the way.

A Little Inspiration

If anyone know’s what it feels like to be under confident, lethargic and unhealthy, its me!

At 25, I was a complete mess, mentally and physically.

I was stuck in a rut and really needed to change my lifestyle for the better.

I had been drinking heavily, was feeling depressed and doing any form of exercise was the last thing on my mind.

But with some guidance, I joined a gym and started replacing my nights out in the pub with extra time in the gym.

Within 3 months, I was a new man and feeling great for the first time in a very long time.

Over the next 6 years I would go onto, being a very competitive athlete, running and winning marathons, completing 2x Ironman’s and even going as far as cycling all the way across Australia in 2018 for charity. 4,774km in total, from Perth to Sydney!

But most proudly, changing my career to becoming a coach where I can now help others on the same journey.

Anything truly is possible with the right guidance and I would absolutely love to help you on your way to better.

How many days per week will I be training?
How long will the gym sessions take?
Do I need to be a member of a gym?
I have a gym in my apartment, can I use it?

How many days per week will I be training?

4 times per week. Although everyone is different depending on their lifestyle and goals, 4 times per week should be all you need to get the results you want.

How long will the gym sessions take?

45 mins to 1 hour. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym to get good results. With the right training 45 mins to 1 hour is all you need.

Do I need to be a member of a gym?

Yes and no! You can workout at home but I recommend that you join a gym because you will get so much more out of the program. Your results will be far better and you will also learn so much through the process.

I have a gym in my apartment, can I use it?

Yes you can. But it does mean that you will have a lot less equipment to work with so the range of exercises will be limited. This wont be a problem in the earlier days but as we try to progress your training, it will be hard. I recommend joining a gym for better results but your home gym will certainly do to get started.

I have never trained before, will that be an issue?

Not at all! We all have to start somewhere. Everything is demonstrated through videos so you will learn how to do every exercise with correct form. You will also learn everything you need to know about training, diet and lifestyle and will be feeling so much more confident in yourself after a few weeks.

How long will it be before I start seeing results?

Around 4 – 6 weeks. You should see a good physical change at around this time but you will defiantly be feeling that you have more energy after as little as one week.
