Healthy Habits For Hardy Sorts


Each week I’m going to run a free class for anyone who want’s to get involved.

Every Tuesday, I’ll be running different class for the group, whether that be a beach workout, a run, doing a stretch session, jumping in the ocean or unwinding your mind with some meditation or breath work.

Whatever the case, you’re sure to learn something new and be around positive people!

When & Where? 

The classes will be held at 6:30pm every Tuesday in Maroubra Beach.
