How it works

Introduction and Preparation

We will get laser clear on your goals, dreams and plans and work out what is most important for you to achieve over the next 6 months.

I’ll analyse where you are in comparison to where you want to go. Well set a 90 day action plan for you that moves you forward towards your goal and cuts out the overwhelm of everything else.

90-Day Action Plan

Once we are laser clear on your 90 day action plan and you know what you need to work on, you will join my Change4Good membership site that gives you access to everything you need that will help you develop better habits and awareness while you are working on your own individual goal.

Support and Accountability

Every 30 days you will have a 30 minute accountability call with me to check in on your progress and get feedback on the progress you are making. Each quarter, we’ll reassess your goal and the progress you’ve made and give you a new 90 day action plan for the next quarter.
